1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph2com ("ph2com," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph2com online gaming platform available at ph2com.app and any associated mobile or digital interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use the ph2com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age. ph2com strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Be a natural person, not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal person.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not currently be self-excluded from ph2com or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of ph2com or any software provider supplying games to the Platform.

ph2com reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money services on ph2com, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, and contact information. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on ph2com. Opening duplicate or additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph2com will never contact you by email, live chat, or SMS to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify ph2com support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

ph2com processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of the request.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes for GCash and PayMaya.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the requested amount.
• ph2com does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. Charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• ph2com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

All funds deposited into ph2com player accounts are used exclusively for gaming on the Platform. ph2com does not provide credit facilities. You may only wager funds that you have validly deposited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph2com offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The specific terms governing each promotion — including bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods — are set out on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when accepted.

• Bonuses must be accepted voluntarily. You are not required to accept any bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• ph2com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including patterns of play designed to exploit promotional mechanics rather than to engage in genuine gaming activity — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• All bonuses are restricted to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Disputes

ph2com offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, video slots, table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. The rules applicable to each game type are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with applicable game rules before wagering.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph2com will endeavor to resolve the matter in accordance with the interrupted game state as recorded on our servers. Server records constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined from server records, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned.

Disputes regarding game outcomes or transactions must be submitted to ph2com customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted outside this period will not be investigated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph2com Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity, age, or contact information.
• Operating more than one player account, whether under your own identity or another.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions on the Platform. Identified exploits must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering patterns or other exploitation strategies.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.

ph2com reserves the right to immediately close any account found in violation of this Section, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2com Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, graphics, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ph2com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ph2com.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ph2com collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph2com.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. ph2com implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission.

ph2com may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory authorities in connection with regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, or criminal investigations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph2com is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools available to all registered account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via account settings and can also be activated by contacting ph2com support.

ph2com strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all deposits returned, and winnings forfeited. ph2com may report underage gambling activity to PAGCOR.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph2com, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph2com's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2com account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph2com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any game or feature for any particular purpose.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

ph2com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documentation; (d) regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or relevant authorities; or (e) at ph2com's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform.

You may close your ph2com account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified account balances will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard processing timelines.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph2com operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulations applicable to the Philippine online gaming sector. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to ph2com's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph2com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
